Divide group into two teams
Have each team line up facing each other on either side of a square.
One team is called ‘Crows’ and the other team is ‘Cranes’
Coach calls one of the teams
If the team’s name is called, they must run to their ‘Safety’ zone (side line of square). The other team tries to tackle them before they reach that end line.
If a player gets tagged they must join the other team.
If Crows is called, the Cranes must chase them and vice-versa.
Try to trick the players by using words like Croatia, Cranium etc
You can change the name of the game e.g. Rats and Rabbits.
