SPELLING ANSWERS & SCORE TABLE

Please note that Spelling ages are in years and tenths of a year (not months). Apply the Standard Error measurement of +2 and -2 points on the raw score. For example, if the child’s raw score in 26, add 2 (26 + 2 = 28) and subtract 2 (26 – 2 = 24). Enter the table at raw score 24 and at 28. Thus the child’s spelling age is between 7.3 years and 8.0 years.
